ISABELLE PRANAYAMA – Ma curiosité est restée candide et éveillée
Isabelle Pranayama, est son nom de plume. Isabelle Pegoraro à l’état civil. Pranayama veut dire souffle en Hindi le souffle, les souffles car ils sont multiples.
Mariée, mère de famille, elle habite dans le Nord de la France
à 4KMS de la frontière Belge, mais elle est native du sud de la France.
Isabelle Pranayama et moi nous nous sommes rencontrées sur l’esplanade de la BDI qu’anime Cédric Mpindy. Sa poésie sur la Ballade des Idées, est vraiment un souffle, suave, délicat, agréable.
Quand aviez-vous commencé à écrire?
J’ai commencé à écrire à 13 ans en étudiant à l’école, un poème de Jacques Prévert Pour faire le portrait d’un oiseau, et puis j’ai continué à écrire selon les évènements qui se produisaient autour de moi. Ma sensibilité a été éveillée sans doute à cette époque, avec le divorce de mes parents qui a chamboulé ma vie.
Vous aviez concilié études et travail?
J’ai fait des études d’horticulture, les végétaux, tout ce qui touche à la Nature, à la Terre mère me passionne. Dès l’obtention de mon diplôme, j’ai commencé à travailler, à 18 ans. J’ai quitté ma région et ma famille pour m’installer dans l’Est de la France à Nancy exactement.
Et la poésie devient comme une seconde respiration pour vous ?
J’ai continué à écrire, et beaucoup lire à cette époque. J’ai entassé des folios dans des cartons que seulement plus tard je ressortirais ! Voilà 6 ans maintenant que j’ai compris que mes folios devaient s’envoler au lieu de dormir, j’ai surmonté mes complexes !!
Par la suite, vous avez décidé de passer votre BAC !
Oui, j’ai passé mon BAC à 32 ans et entrepris des études de Graphologie en université (tout en travaillant !) pendant 6 ans, j’ai arrêté ce cursus à la naissance de ma fille…
Ensuite, j’ai décidé de travailler en indépendant en ouvrant une boutique de
produits bio et surtout spécialisée en thé, une autre de mes passions! Voilà bientôt 14 ans.
Vous avez parfait vos études!
Exactement, j’ai repris des études et obtenu un diplôme de naturopathe, et de micro
nutritionniste. Je continue de me former afin de soulager les maux des
patients.
Et malgré vos occupations la poésie ne vous quitte jamais, la lecture vous passionne toujours autant !
La poésie ne m’a jamais quitté… J’organise ma journée comme je le souhaite, et du coup, j’ai du temps pour lire et écrire !
Vers libres, alexandrins ou vers rimés, que pratiquez-vous le plus, avez-vous des thèmes particuliers?
J’ai appris la versification, les règles de la poésie classique avec l’étude de 
La divine comédie de Dante, et les poètes du Moyen Age : les troubadours et trouvères. J’aime toute forme de poésie tant qu’elle est claire et magique.
Je n’ai pas de thème de prédilection, juste l’inspiration qui guide les émotions.
Pensez-vous que l’on peut présenter la poésie comme un chant d’oiseau ou un chant de cœur?
Souvent, l’étiquette de doux rêveur, utopiste et presque marginal se balade sur nos épaules, c’est dommage mais pourtant, c’est une réalité.
Pourquoi l’auto-édition ?
Parce qu’en France, la poésie est le parent pauvre de la littérature, les poètes ne sont pas vraiment reconnus ni appréciés, comme par le passé. Je me suis décidée à publier mais… tellement difficile de diffuser de la poésie!
Les éditeurs ne veulent pas miser un sou sur un poète, pas rentable m’a-t-on dit avec cynisme «Écrivez des nouvelles, Madame vous avez un talent! J’ai passé un bon moment en lisant votre manuscrit !» Voilà, je n’écris que de la poésie !!!
Comment créez-vous vos textes et choisissez leurs titres?
Ma poésie est simple, claire facile à lire sans mot compliqué afin que tous puissent y trouver une lecture agréable. Mes poèmes sont en général courts. Je me suis décidée, voilà deux ou trois ans, à poser un titre sinon ils en étaient vierges, donc tous mes anciens poèmes sont souvent sans titre!!
Comment êtes-vous arrivée à publier sur le mur de la Ballade des Idées?
J’ai rencontré des gens merveilleux de divers horizons grâce aux réseaux sociaux et je publie souvent sur la page de La Ballade des Idées car j’y retrouve la diaspora congolaise. Les articles ou les autres auteurs sont des personnes reconnues et appréciées, d’ailleurs c’est grâce à ce groupe que j’ai pu m’affranchir de tous mes complexes. Je ne me souviens plus qui m’a invité sur cette page mais je lui suis reconnaissante.
Lisez-vous des écrivains d’autres continents ?
J’ai découvert la littérature Africaine avec Amadou Hampaté Ba, je me suis régalée. Je 
suis en train de lire Sony Labou Tansi, mais ma bibliothèque est 
pleine de livres variés à lire ! Je dois encore beaucoup travailler les auteurs classiques que je n’ai pas appris durant mon cursus scolaire, je suis tellement curieuse que c’est un plaisir de les découvrir. Mon sevrage d’études lors de ma jeunesse a du bon, car ma curiosité est restée candide et éveillée.
Et si vous citez un poète qui ne vous quitte jamais?
Je n’ai pas vraiment d’auteurs préférés même si certains sortent du lot, tout est question de sensibilité.

Oui ! un café littéraire qui est encore à l’état larvaire mais je reste confiante !
Le mot de la fin?
Soyez curieux les amis, l’Univers regorge d’étoiles faciles d’accès. Asseyez-vous un moment, regardez, écoutez, sentez… une grande vague de bienveillance vous envahit…
Pâle Poésie
J’aurais voulu t’écrire une vraie poésie,
Celle que l’on garde secrète toute sa vie
Mais je n’ai pas su trouver les mots,
Plus d’encre et plus rien dans mon chapeau.
Alors je me suis assise au bord de la rivière,
Le nez en l’air, cherchant quelques vers.
Le clapotis de l’eau a troublé mon esprit,
Chamboulé mon coeur, rassérène ma vie.
Quelques abeilles ont transporté le pollen,
Travaillant les courageuses à perdre haleine,
Jusqu’au coucher du soleil fatigué,
Et tous les bruits se sont arrêtés.
Tu vois que ma poésie est bien pâle
Et que rien, ni mon coeur ne s’emballe.
Pourtant mes yeux restent humides
En pensant à toi, absent et languide.
